I just moved here to Indiana, I wanted to know where I can go to get my car inspected w/o failing the tint test. I have 5% tint...I'm around the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis area.

The biggest issue was getting the drivers license. Multi forms of ID including your ORIGINAL SS card plus kind of a hard written test. My advice is to study the shapes of ALL of the signs. Miss two and you are done.

There is no car inspection required in Indiana. Window tint is only inspected when you get pulled over b/c they think it's too dark. Indiana legal limit is 30% (unless you have a physician's prescription for darker)
I think there are websites with state laws about how dark your tint can be, though.

click on window tinting on the left - it will take you to a page with a link.
