This is about the extended maintenance plan not the warranty! Prices going up $500. Call you BMW dealer to verify.

This program is backed by BMW of North America (BMWNA). It extends your existing BMW Maintenance plan from 4 Years or 50,000 Miles to 6 Years or 100,000 Miles, whichever comes first. The term is listed from the original in service date (the date your car was first purchased) This program includes your oil and filter services, belts, inspections and brake jobs (rotors, pads and sensors). It pays for parts and labor with no deductible.

Go to http://www.twinkidneygrill.com/Home.html where is where I found out they are increasing the prices.

I have this for both my wifes 3 series and my E60. Transferrable to new owner.

Is $1245 worth it? I bought my 2006 CPO 525i in December 2006.. It has Extended warranty till 6yr/100k. Original Maintence will expire in 2yrs I think. Is it worth for me to exent to 6yr maintenance?

Good to know. I only have another 7k miles before I hit 50K. Since I've already had pads replaced, it might make sense to have this. Does anyone know the ballpark cost what we should pay for extended maint? Can it be shopped around or do you need to buy from original dealer car is from?

Shop around quick!! Thats why I put the site on the original post. Twin KidneyGrill is know for the BMW maintenance plans. Try to get your dealer to match it. Its all the same plan.

BMW list is going up to $2,095 for our E60's. Is currently $1,595. Twin Kidney sells it for $1,245.

This plan is not warranty, its the maintenance plan. Free pads rotors inspections. The brake job alone is expensive. The 100,000 service can pay for the tune up.

Use the code: fest when you buy the coverage. It'll save you an additional $50. I just bought this coverage last week for $1195 and called BMW NA and asked if the extended maintenance was in the database and they said yes. I can now take my car for maintenance at any other BMW dealership.

When is the price going up? The site is currently under construction and I cant view it. How much are brake jobs? Pads and rotors? I think BMW replaces Both pads and rotors at the same time so that sounds costly... Plus it needs / wants a brake flush every 2 years so getting the extended maintence for me will, I think, at least cover the Brake repalcement for probably both the front and rear, at least the front and a brake flush right before year 6 expires...

Yes I'm planning on keeping the car.
