If dealer didn't fix a problem when in warranty and problem still

If dealer didn't fix a problem when in warranty and problem still occurs after warranty expires will they still fix it?

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........

If you are professional they probably will be reasonable.

Yes and as I understand any replacement part get a 2 year warranty on their own even after the full car warranty expires.

I left a message for my SA.. I still have the transmission slam issue when accelerating at a "roll stop". They did a "software transmission update", but that didn't seem to fix the problem.

If they tried DURING the warranty period and failed, they should definitely fix it free of charge!!
