ive been to princeton bmw in nj and they gave me the run around for 3 visits when they couldnt figure out what was causing the vibration in my car. i took it to open raod bmw and they fixed the first time and installed a new cpu giving me the 2008 idrive screen graphics for no charge. i needed the new cpu cause my eyebrows would not turn on. that was a sweet deal cause its not covered under cpo warranty so the put it in as a goodwill repair. then again my family has purchased a few cars from that dealership along with at least 5 referred sales to the same salesman so i guess he owed me one

NHTSA (National Highway Transportation....) requries 8 year's warranty coverage on seat belts on any items that are defective and are considered serious (by NHTSA standards). This Federal government mandate supercedes any private manufacturer or state warranty provisions to the contrary.
