I just want to lease a 530i - having issues with local dealer

I?ve been getting the run around at the local dealership. The latest round I gave them a $1K down payment on a car and then four days later they call and tell me the dealership they were going to get it from sold the car. I give up. I have a simple philosophy; if you make a deal you should have the authority to make the deal, or the pockets to make it right if you are winging it.
I just want to lease a 2007 530i with Premium Package (ZPP), Cold Weather Package (ZCW), Automatic (205), multi-contour seats w/ lumbar (456) and Navigation (609). 3 year lease. 10K miles/year. I do not want the sports package. I?m okay with any of the gray colors with either gray or black leather interior.
I live in Knoxville and would like the car in the next week or so.
I?m not a big car person (I drive a 1997 jeep with 100K+ miles) but I have a bad back and the heated comfort seats are the most comfortable thing I?ve sat in.
If a sane dealer reads this and thinks they have a solution feel free to email me at studham at gmail dot com.

This is the dealership where I got my 545i from. Adrian is an upstanding guy. If you contact him tell him that "jiio" referred you. From Knoxville to Atlanta is about 200 miles. It'll be well worth the trip.

The local dealership gave me a call last week and said they had found a car (on a ship). It had a few more options, but they were willing to eat the extra cost to stick with the original deal. Their are still honorable people in this world....
