My Ride: I have a 2004 E60. It was registered in January 2004. It's a Black Sapphire 530i SE with a few options: - Auto-dim interior + folding exterior mirrors - Automatic gearbox - Bi-Xenon headlights - Bluetooth - Leather interior (Black-Dakota) - Navigation system - business - Service inclusive - Sport steering wheel - Star spoke 124 8Jx18"/9Jx18" + run flats - Top tint windscreen - BMW 6-CD autochanger - Supagard paint treatment - BMW carpet mats
Default

I'm thinking of selling my E60 privately just to get another ?2K to ?3K more than a dealer has offered me for part exchange. I'm buying a new car (non-BMW) and the new dealer says that BMW's (as well as many other prestige marques) are selling for below book value (Glass's Guide).

So, I will probably advertise my car in Autotrader and have already created a Web site that's ready to go for the car, complete with a full spec and a big gallery of photos.

What I want to be able to do is a 15-minute demonstration of the car to prospective buyers. I want to be able to demonstrate virtually everything in as short a time as possible. What kind of 'script' would you guys use to show an E60 at its best? This would be prior to a test drive by the way.

You've gotta love stealers. Nice story to limit trade-in value...

Strangely enough they forget this when selling...

I've put mine up in the classifieds on here before it goes on Autotrader...

I'm trying to make a list of all the things I should go through when selling the car as I don't want to miss anything out! When I bought the car from the BMW dealer, the salesman was very thorough and I bought the car after a test drive.

yeah classifieds will do!

or try also mobie.de

try to show it in dark to present auto-dimming, than take into a garage to show the car to the client in light too.

Wud not say much that car has all a car can have: it is an E60
