Congrats Joe on your ti gray II e60. sick ride.

i too got the car from toronto bmw, how did you enjoy the delivery on the 4th floor?
i took pics and is somewhere here in the gallery. did you take any photos?
who's your SA? mine is DT. great guy.

ps. e60 reflectors now please.

No, they were full and couldn't fit another car in there. It was a Saturday pick-up. VC was my guy. Pretty good overall. I told him I wanted car spotless and it was NOT. Minor, yes, but it's his responsibility to check car. Overall, pleased with delivery.

How are you finding the service? Did you get audio aux. input installed? Did you get reflectors from them? Let me know pls.

Rubber, what else? Said to dealer he's throwing those in for free. It truly was the least he could do. No one should drive out without free rubbers!!!

hi joe, looks like you're in richmond hill?
i never thought they (toronto bmw) are that busy to fill the delivery floor! i would have taken a different delivery date to experience a new bmw with the city's skyline in the background.
your car goes inside an elevator to be transported out of the building; it felt like a vending machine, seeing it first through the windows of the building on the 5th floor.
to my knowledge this process is unique and been thought out by the guys from head office.

my SA is knowledgable, professional and very detailed. he arranged the rear reflectors.
BTW my car came spotless.

i only deal with DS in service, another true professional. courtesy vehicle arranged, very knowlegable on the e60, calls promptly returned etc. unsure about other advisors.
i didn't get audio aux input, but will look into an alternative option for my ipod. i am jealous of your BT, somehow they cannot retrofit due to the early production of my car.

hi jack, did you have dan as your SA @ parkview?
they got a great mechanic by the name of anthony. fantastic guy in the workshop, ask for him next time to service your car.

I'm in Lorne Park. Would typically have gone with Mississauga BMW but we happened to be downtown looking at their better inventory/colours and found what we were looking for.

Nope, Lorne Park (Mississauga).

My first pickup at downtown. When SA mentione no room upstairs I didn't realize what I was missing. Don't really care. It's the car that matters.

I'll most likely be going back for service as I drive by twice a day.
