help ! where do you buy extended warranty...

my 4 yr warranty expires soon, i called a dealer, they quoted me ("Total Care"):
$2800 for 3 yr 60K, $3400 for 4 yr 75K.
60k, 75k is total mileage, i already had 35K, so i can only drive 25k in 3 yrs or 40k in 4 yrs.
she also told me, if i wait until my factory warranty expires, nobody will sell extended warranty. not sure that's true?
where do you guys buy extended warranty? is her price reasonable?

no. not the maintenance. i think it is the Protection Plan, that covers engine, transmition breakdown, etc.

Just be careful with your choice. There are bunch of thiefs, they don't want to help when you in trouble, I bought my extended aftermarket warranty couple months ago & last week I burned my clutch ( I got 550i SMG) on this car you can't just change clutch you need to buy whole flywheel $1,478(at the dealer) I got for $1,230 + labor I paid $700. In my contract it says they cover flywheel but when we called them to make claim they sad they wont cover it because it 's clutch bla bla bla. BTW I got WARRANTY AMERICA,llc bought it from ''Auto one warranty'' . If you find some vender just check his feedback on google
