You really need to find out what the option list is.

I wouldn't pay $22k for that car if it had limited/no options.. You don't even know if it has leather! I don't recall if you posted your location, but you may also want the cold weather package, maybe Nav..

From the research I did in January, it seems that 525/530's have WIDELY varying option packages, so it's important that you find out that information. 545/550 tend to be fairly well optioned, often loaded.

Not to mention that it's from cars.com.

For that $$, maybe 1-2k more, you should be able to get that car CPO from a dealer. I picked up my CPO 545 for $24k OTD, and that included extended maintenance.

I looked at the option list on the vehicle and here are some ;
Blue Tooth, Harman Kardon Stereo, Heated Seats, Navigation, Premium pkg
I also read the Autocheck vehicle history and showed that it was listed as a Fleet vehicle. Are there disadvantages to Fleet vehicles?

Wow, how did you do that. Was there any manufacturer's warranty left on it?

Yup....there was still warranty left....the seller had a local dealership do a pre-purchase inspection which resulted in a few little things getting done...an issue with the active steering and the replacement of the battery and one of the run-flats...the seller owns a small dealership specializing in BMWs and Mercedes cars....he just starting out and I think he underestimated how difficult it's been....the car market is pretty soft right now.
