2004 545i Dark Gray w/ 46000 miles: NAV, Sports pkg, Logic 7. Looks to be in good shape.
Settled for $20,800 +TTL. Is this a good price? My only concern is there is no warranty on it. I am taking the car for inspection at a bmw dealership today. I would really appreciate some advice on this deal.

There are better deals out there, but that's a decent price congrats on the car!

EDIT: actually that's a really good deal

Sounds good, my only advice would be to make sure the maintenance is up to date (go to where the dealer that serviced it and check), run a Carfax, and you should be done. An 04 w/46K miles is amazing.

i got mine from this
http://www.nissanextendedwarranty.com/warr...d-warranty.html

i havent used it yet, so i cant tell you it is good or bad

i got my extended warranty for 330XI from GE, i didnt like it
too much work to make a claim, and they dont pay you for new part, they pay for used part
