Rollee: Thanks! I'd be happy to get one of the spare tire compartment for you. Hopefully after work today. Are you sure that switch you're talking about isn't for the electric rear window sunshade? I think it goes by the left/right mirror control switch in the blank spot for people that have that option.

Rollee: Here are two of the spare tire compartment. There was some sun out today so please let me know if the glare is too much or if there's a special part of it you need more detail on. I do not have run-flats (don't get unless Sport option is ordered).

I have the run flat tires, and just checked out my spare. It looks exactly the same as the picture above...

I thought you more sporty people got a full-size, run-flat spare with wheel.

cool, so there's still a spare although it is not full size.
sam i think you are correct on the rear blind switch, i thought it is for the folding mirros as in the M5.
