I don't think he's purchasing from a dealer because there's no way we would allow a Pre-owned car to sit on our lot for that long waiting to be delivered.

The 2.99 APR is only for those with an A+ credit rating - the actual APR they will offer you will be based on your credit score when you apply.

And no they will NOT let everyone join. Membership is restricted to those who work for, or have certain relationships to someone else who works for the military, its contractors, or the Red Cross.

I just purchased a 2008 528i, 6 days ago, and i ended up BMW's 2.90% APR; which surprised me because my credit score is just under 700. I figured 2.9% would be for people with amazing credit, i was surprised, to say the least.

I know this is an old thread but I just want to give the forum members in San Diego county or Southern California a heads up on getting a good rate on refinancing or purchasing new BMW or any brand car (new or used). I just purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo at 1.99% interest rate for 72 months .

Call Irma at (858) 769-7481 or email her at ibelisario@northislandcu.com
1.49% for 36mos or 1.99% for 72mos for Refinancing or Purchase with 90 day deferral payment option.

Called her today and this is the best deal I could find. And she replied very quickly.

Few credit unions as low as 1.99%.

My Wells Fargo came back with >4% on a 5 year with 1/2 down, excellent credit, and I have a lot money with them in my personal and business accounts. The rate is so bad I literally laughed on the phone.

Ditto on this! I just got approved for zero down, 72 months at 1.75%. Very friendly and great to deal with. I wish everything in life was this easy!
Congrats @Jim S and @ceedee ! Irma wants to say "Thank you!" for doing business with NICU. Also she mentioned that a gentleman walked in one of their branches this afternoon to get financing on a new Porsche Cayenne at $101K. He said he learned about the NICU Anniv. Rate from one of the two gentlemen's good review in the NICU FB page.
