My Ride: Currently in a 2003 e46 M3 Cab Waiting to get a 535d Sport with individual and all the extras...
Default

After much waiting and negotiating I finally managed to finalise my UK order last week. Got Week 10 build to ensure I get the week 9 changes, and the spec is as follows :

535d Sport in Carbon Black with Individual 2 Polar Grey / Piano Gloss trim
Media Pack, Visibility pack, comfort seats, heated fronts, sunroof, extended lights, logic7, high gloss shadowline, auto dipping mirrors, rear + side blinds....think thats it....

...Got utterly f*&cked on the trade in for my M3 but got a good discount in the end so swings and roundabouts really. Just gotta endure the 2 month wait now

Congratulations and good luck with the wait, at least you won't have to wait for it to cross the pond!

Only two months to wait for Individual - where did you order, I was told 6-7 months if I wanted Individual - but congrats - I've ordered a very similar car for post week 9 build...

Individual only really adds a lot of time if you go for individual paint and full leather. Individual 2 has hardly any extra leather to be trimmed in and the inserts for the trim are standard fit components. If you take the highest level of individual they have to individually paint your car, trim the whole of the seats and the dashboard and put the alcantara headliner, which would take upto a further 12 weeks. Where your dealer plucked 7 months from is beyond me though...

...but to be clear my dealer has had a car on allocation for me for at least a month or two which may have helped...

And thanks for all the congrats folks
