07 525i with Premium, Xenon, and Satellite $48,270 my price $46,270 36 months 15k a year $0 out of pocket $668 a month

07 530i with Premium, auto, and Satellite $51,865 my price $49,365 36 months 15k a year $0 out of pocket $704 a month.

Should I sign and drive?

With no down payment for 2007 530 your monthly payment should be $590 w/out tax or with 7% tax it should be around $630. You dealer is not giving you the base MF of .001 or has included motor vehicle fees into your lease (weird). Note that October MF is 0.001 and 3 year/15K residual is 60%. You can plug these numbers into any lease calculator on the WEB (e.g. http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm) and get you montly payment. NOte that above calculations assume that there is an out of pocket expense for MV and doc fees.

Thanks for your response. Dealer is now telling me that the .0010 factor is their buy rate and my actual rate is .0014, does that make sense? My credit score is over 800 so I know that is not an issue.

THanks,
William

The buy rate is the base rate and they are trying to make money on you by charging you .0014. This is in dealers lingo is called reserve, the difference in interest rate charge is normally paid back to the dealer as profit, sometimes they may get 75% depending on their deal with the bank and volume. You need to get the base rate.
