I know that the factory usually switches to a new model in September but it does not seem that F10 will be ready by that time. So my questions is - can I get 2010 E60 euro-delivered in late November 2009?

I would guess you could order the '10s until early 2010. From what people say, the 2011 won't be here until the spring.
