+1... I am not complaining that they made a mistake. I am complaining that they are giving me such a hard time about resolving it!! And all we are talking about here is a sidemarker and a retaining clip!

I will not buy a nut or a screw from them in the future.

Just wanted to share my experience. Take it or leave it.

I bought the carbon fiber overlays for my door pillars for my last 550 from Bimmian. They started to peel almost as soon as I installed them. They told me that I must have made a mistake installing them, which I didn't and they offered to sell me another set with, woo hoo, free shipping. What a bargain.

UPDATE. Received a UPS shipping notification via e-mail today. It is from EAS. I did not receive any further communication from them, and there is no item number etc. in the shipping notification, but looks like they may be taking care of the situation.

Interesting. I have ordered many things from EAS and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I always dealt with Tom.
