I bought a pair of smoked sidemarker lights from them. The passenger side sidemarker arrived without the "retaining clip" that keeps the housing locked to the fender. I did not notice this upon receiving the package. I only noticed it about 1 week later when I went to install the lights. The driver's side housing locked in place perfectly, the passenger side kept sliding around and fallling out of place. I discovered that the passenger sidemarker was missing the retaining clip. I called EAS customer support by phone and they reported that they would take care of it.
Well...., weeks go by, passenger sidemarker is still held in place with paper tape from my fiancee's nursing class. I get tired of waiting for service from EAS so I go go to my local BMW dealer and purchase an OEM sidemarker light for $30 with the hopes of removing the retaining clip and putting it in my smoked marker from EAS. No luck, clip is unremoveable. So...
I send an e-mail to EAS asking them to please explain why they never followed up with my phone complaint from weeks ago, and to please correct this problem.
I get a quick response from "Steve" at EAS asking me to please provide "pictures" so he can understand the problem.
Are you F*&^N kiddin me? Either there is a clip... or there isn't
I have never been asked for video evidence in my life... but I provided Steve with the pics he asked for. Haven't heard from Steve since.
Dude, if you can't support a sidemarker sale, how can you defend anyone buying larger items from you such as brakes???????????????
The funny thing is.... the extreme effort to avoid responsibility for a sidemarker light and a retaining clip is just hilarious. I have dealt with many BMW on-line vendors such as bimmian, bavauto, turnermotorsports, modbargains, ddmtuning, bavtoys, etc.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EAS (European Auto Source) EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

You'd be surprised. I had an issue with a previous order from Bimmian,
(I know, different vendor -- but similar situation) ... they sent me the
wrong I item. They actually asked me to take pictures of what they sent
and email it to them. Nonetheless, I never heard from them and I ended
up keeping it anyway. Good luck
