Other random info:

- Space-saver wheel and tire spare included.
- There is no mention of aerodynamic kit option for 545i. So expect 545i to look the same as the 520i and 530i, with the exception of the wheels.
- SMG requires Sport Package; available as of 9/03 production on 530i and 545i 6-speed; TBD on 525i.
- Performance run-flat combination wheel-tire system and Flat Tire Warning (stright from the guide): These self-supporting tires on special wheel rims can travel up to 90 miles at 50 mph with a puncture. The Flat Tire Warning uses the DSC wheel-speed sensors to recognize when tire pressure drops by 30% or more, then triggers a pressure-loss indication in the instrument cluster, and issues and audible warning.
- 2-setting memory system for driver's seat, side-view mirrors, and steering wheel position
- 3 power outlets: front passenger footwell, rear of center console, trunk

Hope this helps.

EDIT: added run-flat tires info, memory system, power outlets, added link the JPEG on Das' site.

Thanks a lot for getting this together, Litster. Looks like I'll be holding out for a while for the Professional Navigation with 8.8-in screen...now that I think about it, that may be your only choice for nav in the US, since it says "date of availability to be determined"...since Business Navigation is available now in other markets, that implies they may not be even offering Business in the US market at all and are likely waiting to offer Professional (but might not call it by that name if it's the only option).

I agree, only the professional navigation will be available in the US. I want to get the HUD as well. I guess I will have to wait a bit.

I have photo copies of the rest of the order guide. But the quality is not very good. I will go back to it again later and post some more interesting info (e.g., there is a chart on active steering). If anyone has any question about the guide or the option list, post it here I will try to find the answer from the guide.

Man, BMW545.com stole the order guide from Das' site...

Oh, well, that site did collect and put up some content for people interested in E60. I would be really, really mad if they have ads on the site. Some credit to Das' site would have been nice.
