Hi Guys

I own a 2004 e60 and for some unkown reason the traction control keeps going off after 4 minutes of the car being driven.

The car is out of warrenty and the dealer does not know what it is as all he does is plug it into the computer and cancells the fault, he changed the wheel sendors but this did nothing - already $600 down so i am putting the question out to the experts out there

not sure what to do

thanks in advance

Michael

Welcome to the forums!

I'm sure other members can attest to the problem as i vaguely recall having read some posts about this. Try searching for previous threads if anything.

Hey I'm not to sure about that but i know if you need an answer someone in here can help. did you try pushing the DSC? and then doing a systems check. try pushing and hold the DSC until the little circle with the ! pops up that should turn off traction control completely and then turn it back on but pushing DSC again and see what happens. Just for reference if you dont know where the systems check if push and hold the top button of the signals lever. hope that helps
