Dropped off my car to get detailed at the dealer

It came out worse/dirtier than it did when I dropped it off. There were stained water marks/light scratches that weren't there when I dropped it off/grease stains all around the bottom of the car, more lint/dust than when I dropped it off. To add insult to injury, the dealer stated they would repair a scratch that was found on the day of delivery. WHen I picked up the car, the scratch was clearly filled with touchup paint or black nail polish. It looks like they just dabbed it on and left it. Hopefully they'll be able to repaint it the next time I'm there. BTW, this is BMW of Fremont of anyone is wondering.

This is exactly the reason why you should only allow professional detailers other than yourself to touch your car. The "detailers" (if you can even call them that) at the dealers are unexperienced workers who could care less about you, and have no idea what to do.
