Enterprise is a crooked operation, Mel. They tried unsuccessfully, to blame me for surface scratches on the paint job of a loaner with 30K which they had undoubtedly done in their filthy car wash.
Stay away from those guys.

Lee and the car they loaned me had 40000 miles on it! and it was dirty!! I ended up calling my own insurance co Geico and telling them this was going on and I wasnt responsible. I even told them I wouldnt pay it if I were them, lol. In the end they ended up going after Geico for it, all the while there is no way in the world that they are going to fix the roof of a chevy malibu! There going to pocket Geicos money! I was so pissed!

Maybe, someday a news org. will sting Enterprise. The auto insurance companies, as you point out, Mel, end up paying this scamming company, for the most part.
I wonder what company really owns Enterprise...maybe the mob!

Just to update you guys i finally took the loaner back in last week and the car was filthy after not being washed for 3 weeks plus it was raining as i took it in. (i may have sat outside the dealership accumulating more rain
) but the lady that checked me in was the same lady that examined my car when i got it. Immediately I'm thinking this cant be good. So i park up she tells me to go to the desk to pay my bill. As i go i see her examining the car hardcore. She must have been crouched down staring at the front bumper for a good 10 minutes examining it for anything. I was sold that she caught on but after 30 minutes of waiting for my car didnt hear anything and didnt receive any phone calls.
