My car went in to HR OWEN Heathrow today for a check on seat vibration. When the car came back I noticed they have scratched 2 of my 19" alloys

It's obvious they have done this whilst cleaning the wheels as the scratches are between the spokes and look like they were done with a alloy wheel brush

The car is 3 weeks old - are they liable to give me NEW alloys? They thoughouly checked the car this morning and they confirmed the car was MINT.

At best they will probably offer a 'repair'... At worst they will deny everything - this is the UK! Best to ask them in a firm but non-confrontational manner.

If they accept responsibility, then they are obligated for repair or replacement in their pre-scratch condition if not repairable.

WA N * ER S are not willing to accept responsibility

Gave them a good wash and wax and now it's just one of the wheels which looks quite bad. Most of the scratches are between the spokes so not noticable but WTF these stealers are arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
