I've been busy at work and recovering from a motorcycle accident (broken ribs) so I've not been watching the forum that much. I decided to catch up today by reviewed a lot of threads and noticed a lot of people comment on their dealer not "getting it". Made me realize how lucky I am with the service department at my dealer in Toronto.

Every time I've gone in asking about things like aux inputs, mp3 support, nav updates, CIP updates, and obscure service bulletins, they've responded positively and have come through everytime. Mind you, without going into too much background, they got a sweetheart deal from me so maybe they're just being extra nice to me

I am not trying to start a debate with people who may have had other experiences. I just wanted to give the observation. Please PM me if you'd like to know more about my dealer.

Cheers

Congrats on a greater dealer. I go to a dealership that was voted #1 in all of NA for 2005. Needless to say my experience from sales to service has been excellent. They have seen me a fair amount of time regarding service calls and mods to my baby. Can't be happier with the interface.

well here in Hawaii, we only have 1 dealer so.... not much options. I work at the dealership and see mixed reviews about us. Some good some bad, depending on the situation/repair.
