Confused about dealer pricing. Am I getting ripped off?

First things first: I was offered $250 over invoice for a 2007 black/black 525i with premium package/navigation/xenon/automatic, but the final OTD price doesn't seem right.
525i - $40,200
Navi - $1,640
Auto - $1,210
Prem- $1,820
Xenon $730
MACO-$400
Destin-$695
+Mark $250
Total Selling Price before taxes: $46,945 + 8.25% sales tax = $50,817. The OTD price my dealer offered was $51,390. Where is the leftover $572 coming from? Is there something I'm missing or am I getting ripped off?

I ran your numbers and they're correct. Ask him about the extra $572 but don't let it be a deal breaker. You have a great deal so far.

The "official fees" are negotiable i.e. document fees, processing fees, administrative fees, etc... Much of it is BS. Threaten to walk if they don't reduce or remove these "official fees."
