With 136,000 miles, the clutch on my 2007 530i seems just as good as new. But if it needs replaced in the future, wondering how much cost will be involved. Does the motor have to be pulled, etc.?

So, I called my dealer, and was quoted about $1,300 for clutch, master slave cylinder, etc. and labor. They can pop off a cover and visually check the clutch so I will have this done next oil change. Lots of highway miles and otherwise easy on the clutch, so I'm guessing it's in good shape.
