Can anyone give recommendations as to their experience with BMW dealers in the western suburbs of Chicago.
1. Laurel BMW of Westmont
2. Bill Jackobs BMW of Naperville
Am going to order an e60, want to make sure that the dealer is responsive and has a good track record!!
Thanks!

I have not dealt with those dealers but have purchased 4 BMWs and 1 MINI Cooper from Hans Kribbel at Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff, IL. He is probably the best car salesperson you'll find. Call him at 847-604-5000.

2005 545i 6-spd manual---->de-badged, CDV removal, Autosolutions short shift kit, resonator removal, premium package, PDC, xenon, almost full options, hardwire V1 install ....looking for mods...
2007 550i 6-spd----> Premium package, sport package, Logic7, heated everything, Rogue Engineering SSK, CDV removal, hardwire V1 install, aFe cold air intake, Custom Magnaflow exhaust....
I used to live in Chicago and had my X5 serviced at Laurel. I do not like them because they make false promises and it takes a long time to get things done. I would recommend another dealer, BMW of Orland Park. They do a much better job at servicing which was quick adn prompt. I had valve problems in my x5 3.0 and they actually gave me a 540i loaner. This was 2 years ago...but definitely check them out.
