450 for 36 months for a new 525 here in Hollywood - 3ish down i think. Is that an ok deal?

What's the cap cost? residual? excess mileage fee? miles per year allowed?
Cost of money calculation?

Check http://www.autoleasingsoftware.com/ for more info. It might be worth buying the software. Note: I've never used the software and have no financial or any other interest in it.

I do know it's been on the market for quite a while.

It also has to do with the Car options. If it is a stripped down 525 with leatherette, 5 speed and nothing else.
