Certifying a used BMW

When discussing my trade with the dealer, they said that my trade-in is certifiable but it will cost them. Does anyone know how much it costs a dealership to certify a vehicle? Thanks!

The way BMW sell a used certified vehicle is give you the remaining of vehicle warranty plus 2 extra years.
