Car 1st service - No clean up!!!!

My Ride: 535D Sport Auto
Had the first service on my 535d this week, dealer collected and left me with 320i 
, anyway my car came back just as dirty, inside and out, with just an oil change. Only cost me ?200!!!! 
Are BMW supossed to clean (not full valet just a quick wash and vac) the car during every service? Or is this just at their discretion? I'm sure I've always had the car back clean before!
Anyone know anything about this?

For ?200, i'd want it looking as goos as new. I'd complain - when i have my car serviced i get the customer satisfaction survey and it specifically asks about the cars cleaning. This is with Styner in Peterborough.

I've only visited the dealer twice but I always tell them to take care of the interior but don't touch the exterior, no matter how dirty. My SA told me that they hand wash it but I still say no.

or do you go to the carwash with the green thing spining around and have round marks on them.
