He said he'll paint it. I went to pick up the car today and it was a shitty job. I can paint better with a freakin spray can in a backyard. They spot painted my side skirts (from 3 car lengths, u can see where it was spot painted and had 3 different colors), didnt adjust my side skirt since it was popped up, ONLY spot painted my lip and bumper, painted OVER my PDC, and then freakin painted my fender when there was absolutely no damage. There were bubbles and a SHIT load of orange peel. The paint felt rough and thick. I called BMW immediately at 8008311117. Basically, the car looked better with the scratches and paint chips. They better take care of this nicely or buy me a new front bumper, and fender AND pay for my expenses for a body shop of my choice.

they did give me some wheel locks free. I told them to line up my front lip a little better since when I installed it, it wasnt perfect in since I was in a hurry. they are also going to get me a price of the trunk finisher. I told them I can get it for $150. I'll pay $150 but i told them they will have to paint it for free. I can install myself though. He's gonna get back with me later to check.

getting car back today. hopefully it looks nice. they said they cant get me a trunk finisher close to $150. more like $400. i am like, wtf? U cant match the price? They said no. Their parts are $$$$$

okay. i went today. they didnt tell me they close at 4. i get off work at 4 and got there at 430. I saw my car and went to see it. IT LOOKED EXACTLY THE FREAKIN SAME!!! Color didnt match, PDC painted over with runs, sideskirt different color etc. I am filing with BBB and then call BMW monday. Already called BMW corp and left message. Calling monday and head over to Bloomfield monday and I'll probably request for a new bumper, front lip, side skirt, and paint job. I am really annoyed, frustrated, and pissed now.

Sheesh, are these guys painting your parts while they're still on the car?
Something tells me that they're painting your cars indoors under artificial lighting.
My local authorized BMW body shop has said all color matching has to be done under the sun as if it is done indoors, it will NEVER be right.

talked to Craig, the service director and he was cool with it. He said everything will be taken care off etc etc. He was like, u didnt have to go through the BBB and BMW NA. I told him, look, it was abot the first time so I wanted everything documented.
