Just got the final answer from BMW USA that they will not warranty out the key so that the roundel can be replaced.
The guy from BMW said, "how bout if you ask someone with an old key to give you the roundel?"
Anyways, just wanted you guys to know.
Here is the BMW USA # 800-831-1117

You need to look out for a key and then pull the roundel off the one you buy and then stick it on to yours. I was looking out for these too but then found my old roundel (couldn't be happier). You dont need to look only for the new 3 button remotes, even the older key style ones have a roundel that can be use. I would be good to know if any of those cheap key rings/chains had roundels that were the same size. In the UK the dealers give you a leather key ring with their deal name and a roundel on it but its a tad too big.
