Just wanted to pass on some info I recieved in an email from one of the sales manager at BMW Of Sterling:
All BMW's Must Be In Stock
2010 1 Series Coupe's $1,500 Rebate Available Plus 0.9% APR
2010 1 Series Convertible's $1,500 Rebate Available Plus 0.9% APR
2010 3 Series including M3's over 100 Available $2,500 Rebate Plus 0.9% APR
2010 5 Series Sedans over 40 Available $5,000 Cash on 528's and $6,000 Cash on 535's
2010 X3's 1,500 Rebate Plus 1.9% APR
He said that the cash incentive is take off the best price not invoice but close .
I have never bought a car here but I guess when I was shopping for my E60 they put me on their email list...

Oh ok, well I asked them for a quote on a fully loaded 2010 535i with M sport package and navigation and they quoted $742/ mnth with a $5500 down payment. I'm not sure how leasing works but it didn't seem like a gr8 deal at the end.
