Hey all,

How many of you have renewed this service card, seems to me to be 'interesting' benefits.....such as:
- roadside service (winching, gas, change a tire, dead battery, open door)
- trip interruption ('disabled' vehicle over 100 miles from home and you get up to $750 reimbursement)
- random discounts in a national retialer program (that is unspecified)

so it's $70, the same as AAA, maybe $10 cheaper I guess. A car that's CPO'd is not eligble for towing to a dealership? I guarrantee I'll never run out of gas, I can change a flat tire, not worried about locking my key in my car, I have jumper cables in my trunk (already used them) and I tend NOT to off road my vehicle if I can help it therefore no winching needs.....

Do you renew this card? I really don't think I plan on it....

Are you in the U.S.? - I've never heard of this card.

BMW Assist covers roadside assistance. You can also get some services through your insurance provider. I usually get emails regarding discounts from my dealer.

+1 - I didn't renew because we have AAA, AND our insurance provides roadside assistance, how many do I really need? I also didn't bother with BMW Assist, seems a waste of $$$$ - I have Lojack and hidden GPS tracking AND my car has an RFID implanted, so the best hope for thief would be the cops finding him before I do. I have no need for too many redundant services.
