I took my car in for service friday and get it back yesterday. As im driving i notice this not so big yet deep scratch on my steering wheel that definitly wasnt there before. I call up leave a message and nobody gets back to me. I then come in the next day (today) and speak with my service advisor who tells me that he can have their leather guy try to fix it but if he cant then theres nothing they can do. Is that true? if they cant fix it im stuck with the steering wheel they messed up?
any help would be greatly appreciate and this is bmw of manhattan btw

FYI, BMW of Manhattan is a company-owned store -- not an independent dealership.

Their likely response is that you should have pointed it out prior to leaving driveway.
