BMW replaced your car?
#1
I'm having various problems with my ride and would like everyone who has had their car replaced by BMW would post a reply listing the problems incurred leading up to getting a new car or their money back.
If you're trying to get a replacement, please reply as to where you are in that process and if BMW is being helpful or not. Maybe post everything you've gone through so far including who you have contacted.
Thanks

First thing to always start doing is document everything.. Keep a journal on every incident that comes up and the service in dates. Ensure you ALWAYS open a file with BMW NA.
