I'm picking up my wife's 530xiT under European Delivery in mid May and would love to tour the BMW factory at Munich and Porsche factory at Stuttgart. Anyone know if I need to make reservations or do I just show up?
thanks,

Check out this website:
http://www.bmw-plant-munich.com/lowb.../en/index.html
It's the website for the BMW Munich plant and the link should take you straight to the tour registration page. They normally start accepting reservations for tours 6 months ahead of time. Evidently, the tours are very popular and fill up very fast. You should probably make your reservation ASAP if you plan on going in May. You can also tour the Dingolfing plant (home of the E60) as well. Their website is
www.bmw-plant-dingolfing.com
Hope this helps.
