after reporting a gearbox problem to the dealer ages ago, they as per usual could not replicate the problem. the dealer created a puma case with germany for help, their reponse after answering stupid questions they informed the dealer that the fault must be replicated, the dealer in the end said that the did replicate the problem to germany just to get things moving, they informed me that i need a new torque converter. Anyway as this went on and on my warranty expired and the dealer said that they are doing the work under goodwill, i did try to correct the young lady to read the dates and facts of how long this has been going on but i think i picked the wrong time of month to try that. So the work is being done FOC but the dealer has made me feel greatfull that they are doing it under goodwill
