Glad you had a good time. Well, I just got back from a business trip to San Francisco. I was given a Chevy Impala as a rental car. Geeez, I never felt so detached from the road. It felt like I was driving a cloud. Made me really miss my 550. I've had the chance to rent several cars while on business, V8 Mustangs (in Montreal) and actually tried out a Nissan Z convertible for a drive between San Francisco and San Jose. Nothing feels like the road connection I have with my car.

I got a 09 535i as a loaner last week. Alpine White just like mine. The LCI tail lights were really tempting to swap out!! haha, im just kidding.
I did put 1100 miles on it in 7 days!!

My Ride: A Car
one time i had a mustang convertible. No traction control, no ABS, NOTHING! Driving it in the rain sucked. Well, kinda sucked. I spun out the tail a LOT. LOL. Wasnt a fun car. heavy and no power. Unless I had the GT, then it's a differenmt story.
