Shelly BmW has excellent service. I've never had problems there, the only drawback is their loaner cars are all 328s. 
Kayla, David, Xochi and all very attentive SA's and you will not be treated the way a BMW owner should be.

Anyone have any recent service experience with Pacific BMW in Glendale, BMW of Monrovia, or New Century in Alhambra?
I see some pretty bad reviews of New Century on yelp and various online resources but anyone here with anything to add?

My sister purchased her e60 at Monrovia of BMW and she seems to have similar sentiments of that dealership. Its a shame since I actually work maybe 5 minutes from that location.
Seems like N.hollywood may be a better option at this point. Maybe I'll give Pacific BMW a try next service.
