Avoid Denville BMW. Highly Recommend Morristown BMW.

+1 on Prestige BMW. They have BMW loaners whether you bought the car there or not.

I should also mention that Rallye BMW is the largest dealer in the East. Their service building has 100 stalls. Yes, 100! It's HUGE! You could put an indoor football field inside. It's an amazing sight.

Thanks, same question...BMW loaners?
I've been getting a 328xi for a loaner each time. They also have x3 loaners, I have never seen anyone drive off with anything but a BMW.

I have had my car serviced at a few dealers in N.NJ. Here are my thoughts

Avoid Bloomfield BMW- Failed to deliver car when promised, kept the car for long periods of time, poor communication, had my AUX input done there and they returned the car without completing the job, disabled my power seat and steering wheel in the process

Neutral on JMK - Going through a remodel now, pretty disorganized, non-BMW loaners

Positive experience with Morristown BMW - good communication, deliver car when promised, got new 335 loaner, clean, new facility, free drinks and snacks while you wait

Hope this helps!

Is there a dealership in NJ that offers 25% off OEM parts? I want to say that there is. I believe I always see an ad in Bimmer Magazine for them. Anyone know of this?
