Just purchased a '08 550 with sport (172M 19" rims) non-CPO. The rear tires (Contis) needed to be replaced, the fronts still have 50% tread. I had all the tires balanced and checked the rims. Two of the rims (front right and rear left) had pretty good bends in the rims. If I really concentrate I can barely perceive a minute vibration. What do you all think? How pressing is it to get this taken care of? Does anyone know the ballpark price of the 19" 172s? Would you replace or try having them fixed? I was told by the tire guy that having them fixed weakens the rims.
Thanks for any insight.

Price for a 172 rim would probably be around the $400 mark.
Not sure about the repair issue
