Depends on what you are trying to get done.
There used to be a Military/Diplomat BMW sales office in Vilseck (Rose Barracks???). If they are still there you can ask them.

im just looking for a shop for general service that is familiar with BMW and has the equipment and computers to properly service one. my car needs a service check and is running a little rough so i want it looked at. the BMW military sales is still there outside of Rose Barracks. i can try asking there, but im guessing all their vehicles are dealer serviced.
