hi all.. my friend is haven a prob with his m5.... he has 3000 miles on his car and the tranny went... and cluth....the dealer is open road and there giving him a very hard time,, there trying to charge him 16g`s to fix... if any body has an answer for me it would be great

Sorry man, but I have to agree w/ 1600. Something is just not right. 3K miles and the tranny and clutch is gone??? I assume this was purchased brand new?

YES BRAND NEW... ITS A LEASE... my friend just came out of a 911 turbo... he can drive his ass off...

I mean no disrespect but: perhaps the reason they want to void your friend's warranty is because he can "drive his ass off" If they see anything in the car that would suggest mis-use or abuse, they will not honor the warranty. has your friend been doing burnouts, or drift racing?' the m5 IS a pretty tempting treat for your gas and clutch pedal feet!
