Hi All,

Very new to BMW, so please don't flame! Im in Canada and im looking at a 2006 530XI CPO w/ 57k kms and the following options:

6-Speed Automatic Transmission
Satellite Radio Pre-Wire
Premium Package
Auto Dimming Mirror
Auto Dimming Mirror, Int.
Through Load with Ski Bag
Heated Seats Rear
Park Distance Control (PDC)
Logic 7 Hi-Fi Sound System
Navigation Package
Can-US Navigation DVD
BMW On-Board Navigation
Voice Recognition
Heated Steering Wheel
18" OEM rims with new treads
has start/stop button (cant find many used 2006 here with this for some reason)

BMW Dealer listing at $45k CDN, and he told me the markup is roughly 10%. So the price im currently bargaining on is $42k. Is this a reasonable price?

I searched the forums and posts from 2008 say that in the US a good price is 28-31k...is it that i should expect canadian prices are higher (even with the dollar exhange)?? I searched preowned inventory for all of Canada from bmw.ca and the price range seems to be in the $40ks.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not in Canada, but in Metro Detroit. The equipment for my CPO 2006 530 xi is set forth below. My price, pre-tax, was around $29K US. I believe you can get a better deal.

I got two great deals through Autotrader; back in 1999('95 325iA) and just this year on a '06 530xiT.

Did you see the member on here selling an 06 550! 32K i think... that is a deal, to me at least.
