I've located a white 2005 BMW 545i with msrp price of $65,315. The car has prem/ sport pack. with active steering, auto. With the 550i being out what is a good price for this 545?

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
Considering that 550i is already out... pay the invoice price for that car!

The salesman wants to sell the car to me for $1,500 over invoice :thumbsdown: . That seems kind of high to me. What price should I counter with?
