Warranty expires in Apr 2009 and after this, I will be DIYing maintenance and everything on my own
Excited but rather scared if some stupid crap should happen after the warranty.

So what can I complain to the dealership so I can get something replaced for this last time visit?

Well actually I have these issue:
Brake squeeking during reverse with slight vibration during high speed braking - need to shave rotor if not possible, new rotor and pads if it's not the practise.

Brake pedal feels so soft / spongy - need brake fluid flush.

Anything else I should consider?
(I did Idrive upgrade, Mp3, cabin filter, air filter, air bag recall, new battery and cables, AS sensors, door trim replacement, wiper blades, etc)

Maybe check your engine temp to make sure thermostat and water pump work ok.
Any "cloinks" in the steering?
Auto tranny working ok?

Is there an independent shop/organization you could go to for a check-up before your warranty expires?

Thanks for the reply.

No cloinks on the steering so I assume it's has no issue.
I have 6 Speed and I don't feel any clutch judder or anything weird.
But some people experienced clunking noise everytime the clutch is depressed but I never anything weird. This is one thing I'm afraid if it happens after the warranty

Now it's time to perform the clutch restriction delete

Looks like I'm just going to stick w/ the brake claims and see if I could get fresh brake fluid or even pads and rotor

I have only 32K miles 2005 545i 6 Speed.

tell them your brakes are squealing and they should do a complete brake job including rotors.. there is a service bulletin. I just had mine replaced.
