My Ride: 2004 BMW 545i
idrive said I'm almost due for an oil change.... i called into BMW San Francisco ...i ask them to quote me .... they said since it would cost me like 300+ for oil change, scope,key read(free), and i think they said a "service 1"... i have no clue if I'm due for this extra stuff.... so does anybody know the maintenance schedule for an 2004 545i ??? does that sound right??

yeah i was wondering the same thing. I am trying to figure out the maintenance schedule for the 545i's. Mine has 60k and a local indy told me to just change oil/filter/cabin filters and if i wanted to go hardcore spark plugs,fuel filter,brake fluid flush/ and maybe radiator because the car is 5 years old but it really only needs the oil/filter.

I just changed the cabin filter recently. U dont need an oil change until it states it does.
