it states that you need to pay the $50 deduc if the warranty work and parts are under CPO, if its overall factory recall then no.
ahhhh, ok thanx fellas.
btw, i asked them to update software cause my eyebrows and drl's dont work (havent worked since ive had car). they told me that there is an issue with the lamps and that it is not covered under warranty. am i being jerked around?

check your CPO policy for what is included and what is not.
My battery died three months after I bought the CPO car and they wouldnt cover it. Wanted $600 for a new one. I called BMW NA and they worked with the stealer to give me a new one for free
they said they took it out of my salesmans pay lol

All CPO repair always carries a 50 dollar charge. Its on the CPO paperwork you sign. The same is true for extension of the original owner warranty - 50K - 100K - always charge 50 bucks if there is an issue that is covered by the warranty. Not a bad deal when you consider all the crap you would have to pay if you didnt have the warranty in the first place...
any info on the eyebrow issue? how could it be that both lamps are not working?

Once CPO warranty kicks in, the $50 deductible is always charged. However some of you are right, if you have a good relationship with your SA they CAN waive that deductible here n there...

I had my alternator replaced. I needed to pay the $50 deductable for the work. I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to have it replaced. I only have cpo extended warranty.
