I dont know about this one, although it does have low miles and its an 07, the only thing that makes me feel suspicious is the 2004 wheels on a 2007.
As other posters have noted the wheels are the 18" version that were available for the '07 530xi - they are exactly like the originals on mine. 11K miles is low but not for a NY car - that is the good news and bad!

Tony Locurto is the salesman listed on the auto dealership that is selling the above listed BMW.

Here is an article about re-selling used cars that are lemons and Mr. Locurto is featured in the article
as someone who re-sold a car that was originally a lemon.

Just hit "Control" "F" and type in "Locurto" to see the part where his name (and the dealership) is mentioned
in the article.

Here is the New York Times article about "reselling used lemon cars"

The dealership that is selling that BMW and the salesman are listed on page 2 of that article.

Here is a quote:

Tony LoCurto, sales manager at the dealership that offered the Passat for sale, Sutherland Auto Sales in Pittsford, N.Y., said he did not know the Passat was a lemon because of the incorrect disclosure form. Mr. LoCurto said Sutherland, which is not a Volkswagen dealer, probably paid more for the Passat than it should have, given that it was a lemon.

Mr. Price said recently that VW had repurchased the Passat from Sutherland. It was sold yet again this month at a Pennsylvania auction, but no details were available last week.

While New Hampshire had declared the Passat a lemon, Mr. LoCurto could send potential buyers the Steiner?s original ?clean? title. That was possible because although New Hampshire considered the Passat a lemon and put that information in its computer, the vehicle moved out of state, said Katie Daley, a spokeswoman for the state Division of Motor Vehicles. Had the car been repurchased in New Hampshire, the new owner would have received a lemon-designated title. But when VW sold the vehicle in New York, the car?s lemon history was lost, she said.

I knew that dealership sound familiar, I used to live right up the street from that dealership when I lived in NY. Back then, they were just a towing company and did minor repairs, tires, oil change...etc. Even back then they got a lot of heat for their "practices".

Funny thing is that these guys are so clueless as to the meaning of "reputation management"
that they come onto forums and try to peddle their wares/scams without giving thought to
what a simple Google search can produce.
