I looked for an '06 330i as well but couldn't find one with the options and color combo and finally decided a little longer wheel base might be a better car for her commute.Since she will be driving 120 miles/day to college,i want her to drive something comfortable (good seats,HUD,cold weather package,Logic-7) yet sporty (sport package) not to mention easy on the gas too (25MPG) on highway.

I often get even better than 25mpg on hwy and I have an Xi. Mine's a manual though. You're getting it for your daughter, I take it? Just make sure if she ever decides to run the car through some serious paces, that she does it in the appropriate environment. Honestly, I owned my car for almost a year before I went to a driving meet - and only after that did I actually feel like I own the car.

All in all, a great car. Especially with mileage that low, you should have a pretty much problem-free vehicle

I've considered trading my 530 in a dozen times, but every time it I couldn't let go of it the only time I came really close, was when Mercedes had an insane deal on E63 AMG past summer and I almost leased one for mid-900's. But thankfully, my woman has more sense than I do and she firmly told me to forget it and still no regrets.

Good luck with it!

LOL The car actually is for my wife who has decided to go back to college after 10 years. The woman deserves to drive a nice car as she has always encouraged/backed me up all my life.
